Hosting, security, keeping it online, and small changes — new hours, photos, prices, text. Bigger additions like online ordering are quoted separately.
Not to start. I can put it online right away, and if you want your own .com I'll set that up (the domain itself is about $12-15 a year, paid to the registrar, not to me).
Yes. It's yours, including the content. If you ever stop the monthly plan, you keep the files.
